Merchandise availability on our website is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail. You can always verify availability by emailing info@brancopelle.com You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your items have shipped.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND ORDERS FOR OUR PRODUCT

Suru Deri® products displayed on the Site may be available in selected Suru Deri® stores in your country. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise indicated. Similarly, prices for a product may vary between the Site(s) and stores or between geographies.

Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

You may only order products if, and You hereby represent and warrant that, You are 18 years old or older. You agree to pay in full the prices for any purchases You make either by credit/debit card concurrent with Your online order. You agree to pay all applicable taxes. If payment is not received by Us from Your credit or debit card issuer or its agents, You agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by Us. You agree that You are not permitted to resell any products purchased through any of the Site(s) for commercial purposes.

From time to time there may be information on Our Site(s) that contains typographical or visual errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Suru Deri reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after You have submitted Your order).

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Please allow 14 to 21 business days for receipt of orders shipped outside of TURKEY. All international orders are delivered via express service and are fully trackable.

HOW DO YOU SHIP TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

Simply add items to your order and click on "Checkout" to complete your order. You will see your total price including shipping and handling charges in United States dollars before you place your order. Please note the following:

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate, as Brancopelle.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Your order may be subject to additional charges for duties and taxes by the destination country. These charges are beyond Brancopelle.com's control. Duties and taxes will be paid on your behalf by the shipper and you must agree to pay these charges to receive your order. Please note that in placing your international order, you agree to pay any and all taxes and duties which may apply.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Shipping and handling charges depend on the size and weight of your package and your ship-to destination. To know the exact shipping and handling charges before you buy, simply add items to your order and proceed to provide your address information in the checkout process. We will tell you the exact charges, excluding duties and taxes, for your desired items before you actually place an order. You will not be charged for duties and taxes by Brancopelle.com at checkout, but these charges may be applied by the destination country. If so, they will be paid on your behalf and subsequently collected from you by our shipping agent.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

Your credit card will be billed by Brancopelle.com once we start processing your order.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

  • Since we do only produce on order Suru Deri do not accept any returns or exchanges.
  • Unless our customers can verify that the item/items they have purchased from our online store are defaulted when they have received, Brancopelle.com will refund any unworn or defective merchandise within 14 days of receiving your purchase based on the original method of payment. Any return requests received after this deadline will automatically be refused and sent back on our customer’s expense.
  • Merchandise has to be returned in its original box with a return invoice. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and free of any damage, including all its accessories. Packages returned without our consent will be refused.
  • Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are credited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
  • Brancopelle.com does not offer prepaid return-shipping labels for International orders. Please ship back merchandise using your carrier of choice.
  • We do not accept returns purchased from our retail boutiques or any third party retailers.
  • Refunds are applied to the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt to our warehouse

DISCOUNTS AND CREDIT CHECKS

  • Discount checks you might have do not apply on sales items.
  • Discount checks are only applied for items sold on Suru Deri’s online store.
  • Credit checks are also applied during the return of the merchandise.
  • Each discount check can only be applied for one item.
  • Credits can take additional time to post to your account, depending on your credit card.

SENDING IT BACK TO US

  1. Repackage items exactly how you received them —including original boxes, tags, original invoice and return invoice (has to be requested from SURU DERI by email) Please Write your Brancopelle.com order confirmation number on the outside of the package
  2. Please email us your airway bill number prior to your shipping enabling us to track the returned merchandise and make sure to keep the records yourself.
  3. Clearly address your package to our returns facility in Turkey;
